I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The deposit will also be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Deposits are non-refundable booking fees required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your service total but will not be refunded or transferred if you cancel. Thank you for respecting my time and process 🤍 I offer a 10 minute grace period on all appointments; any longer than that will be considered a no call/ no show and we might have to reschedule for another time. Late fees will be applied. Please reach out to me if you’re running late. 🤍 ***Due to the nature of my business all sales are final, I do not issue refunds on services. I want to you to be satisfied so please let me know during your appointment if you aren’t happy with your set. I do offer nail fixes within 5 days of the service. Retention varies on nail health, lifestyle and other health conditions.
