Cancellation Policy
I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The deposit will also be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Deposits are non-refundable booking fees required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your service total but will not be refunded or transferred if you cancel.
